The standard work and originally published in 1962, this second edition being enlarged with additional material. The second edition was available as a signed edition of 750 copies and a standard edition of 250 copies, both being otherwise identical.

Hardback in dustwrapper. pp xxvi, 332, including b/w illustrations. 10.75 x 8 inches approx. (275mm x 205mm).

Dustwrapper a litle creased to front panel, short tear to lower corner; light wear and rubbing to extremities; occasional mark or stain. Spotting/foxing to edges of page-block, especially top edge; occasional handling crease to pages but otherwise clean throughout.

Overall, light wear but otherwise a nice, clean copy.
