Hardback – buckram binding with title labels to spine and front; top-edge gilt – in a price-clipped dustwrapper.
126pp plus b/w and colour plates. A slightly larger format than the standard edition at 273mm x 200mm / 10.75 x 8 inches approx.

Dustwrapper showing some light wear and rubbing to extremities, a little bruising to tail of spine, a short tear to lower corner of rear panel and closed ‘nick’ to front flap fold, and some foxing/spotting to flaps. Covers nice and bright, a touch bruised to tail of spine; bears the bookplate of F. J. H. Crawford to front pastedown; foxing to endpapers; page edges foxed/spotted; occasional foxing throughout but pages generally clean.

Nonetheless, an exceptional copy, lovely and fresh, and quite the best I have seen or handled of the limited edition of this title.
