This edition not in Hughey*. Contains twenty-eight tipped-in colour plates by Edmund Dulac – consisting eighteen plates for Arabian Nights, four for Sinbad, and six for Aladdin.
Hardback – publisher’s blue cloth with titles in black to spine and front board, blind design in red and black to front, decorated endpapers. 251pp plus 28 colour plates. 9.5 x 6.5 inches approx. (238mm x 166mm).

Cloth a little rubbed and worn to extremities; spine a little darkened and stained; a small splash mark to upper corner of front board. Wrinkle to front paste-down that has left an impression to first few pages; some heavy foxing throughout though mainly to endpapers and first/last few pages, generally clean in the main body; edges of page-block dusty and spotted.
Nonetheless, remaining a reasonably nice copy – presents well.
