Identified on the spine as the ‘Centennial Edition’.
Hardback – full leather with title and decoration to spine, marbled endpapers, sewn-in page marker. Housed in a custom-made slipcase with top and bottom in blue buckram and textured paper sides in a paler blue. pp xxiv, 144, plus forty tipped-in colour plates with tissue guards. 10.25 x 7 inches approx. (262mm x 176mm).
Light shelf wear to edges of boards and corner tips. Tissue guards cockled, with some also showing foxing. Edges of page-block a little dusty and grubby.
Overall, light wear but otherwise a nice, clean copy – presents well in its custom slipcase.
