Foulis published a Rubaiyat with eight illustrations by Frank Brangwyn in 1910. A new edition was published 1919 with a further seven illustrations in addition to the original eight, this copy being a 1920 reprint of that edition.
Hardback – publisher’s decorated cloth. Un-numbered rough edge pages plus 15 colour plates. 10.75 x 8.5 inches approx.
Boards generally very clean with minimal wear, sharp corners; spine a little darkened and dull with a few splash marks; endpapers somewhat foxed; scattered foxing/spotting and dusty throughout but otherwise pages generally clean; top edge of page block dusty.
Overall, a particularly nice and atractive copy.
