Foulis published a Rubaiyat with eight illustrations by Frank Brangwyn in 1910. This new edition published 1919 with a further seven illustrations in addition to the original eight.
Hardback – publisher’s decorated cloth. Un-numbered rough edge pages plus 15 colour plates. 10.75 x 8.5 inches approx. (264mm x 203mm).
Covers dusty and marked, fading in places, dulled to spine; spine ends bumped and a little worn; front board bumped to corners. Endpapers wrinkled, some offsetting and foxing; pages dusty and marked in places, occasional foxing throughout, but generally clean.
Overall, showing some wear but otherwise a reasonably nice, clean copy – attractive.
