Hardback – publisher’s cloth with title in gilt to spine and blind to front board. pp viii, 219, including b/w illustrations plus four b/w plates, 8pp publisher’s catalogue. 7.75 x 5.5 inches approx. (195mm x 134mm).

Covers lightly rubbed and worn to extremities; bruised to lower corner of front board; spine slighty sunned/faded; knock to top edge of front board. Foxing/offsetting to endpapers; occasional foxing throughout and offsetting to pages opposite the plates otherwise generally internally clean; pages edges dusty and spotted.
