A lovely full leather fine binding by Dunn & Wilson.

Hardback – full leather with raised bands to spine, title and recipient’s intials in gilt to spine, gilt rules to boards and spine, gilt tooling to inner edges of boards; marbled endpapers; original endpaper bound-in to rear; top edge gilt to page-block; two ribbon page-markers sewn-in. 200pp including b/w and colour illustrations. 10 x 7.5 inches approx. (252mm x 193mm).

Binding a little marked and scratched, spine slightly sunned, light wear and rubbing to extremities. Offsetting to margins of free endpapers; gift inscription to first blank page; pages a little age tanned and occasional foxing but generally very clean.

Overall, a handsome binding – lovely indeed.
