A reprint of the 1927 Children’s Edition* with sixteen colour plates.

Hardback – title and decoration to spine and front board, illustrated endpapers, in a dustwrapper. pp xi, 206, including b/w illustrations plus colour plates. 8.25 x 6.25 inches approx. (210mm x 155mm).

Dustwrapper lightly creased and worn to lower edge, bruised to lower corners; nicked to head of spine with small loss; a little age toned. Boards and spine clean and bright, a touch faded to spine; lightly bumped to tail of spine and lower corner of front board. Bumped to lower corner of page-block; pages a little age toned but otherwise clean throughout.

Overall, light wear but otherwise a nice, clean copy – presents well.
